Production Worker Wanted

Our client, Australia-owned distributor of milks and milk products, are seeking a Production Worker to join their well-established team located in the Bentley area!


The role offers a 38 hour week, 4 days a week, 9.5 hour days on a rotating Day and Afternoon shift basis, offering free onsite parking and a competitive hourly rate of $41.74 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + shift penalties applicable.


Must be available to work both day and afternoons and available to work weekends when required!

As a production operator, you will:

• Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production of 2L and 3L bottles
• Conduct visual inspections during packing processes to ensure product quality
• Quickly address and report any machine breakdowns
• Handle non-conforming products by separating and reworking as necessary
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Working on a palletizer sorting, transferring and stacking cases of products onto a pallet
• Move pallets around the production area efficiently
• Be comfortable working in a cool room environment

Successful applicants will have:

• Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
• Proven experience in a similar production position
• Rights to work within Australia
• Have flexibility with working hours and availability to work weekends if required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Contactable work references within the last 12 months
